The MB Coupes website was created to unify the SEC community first organized during the winter of 1998. Over the years, the list membership has grown to over 500 members worldwide. Both SEC owners and non-owner enthusiasts all participate in the list. Supporting both active listers and passive readers, the total membership and participation of this open forum is what makes this community what it is today. Each and every member plays an important role ensuring the support and longevity of the group. With many successful meetings throughout the world, the SEC group looks forward to hosting many more gatherings to come. Many members have been here since the beginning including Jim Baubel, Richard Giampietro, George Bleisch, Kirk Salvatore, David Cole, Max Moussalli, Markus Meyer, and several others. In essence, the "founding fathers" of such a lively group. Unlike many other organizations, the SEC group remains open to performance tuning and modifications as well as the standard routine of preserving and maintaining their automobiles. It's nice to know that we have a very open-minded forum here without the same 'ol boring topic of "how to wax the hood and change the oil" on our cars. Most of us can read the owner's manual for those type of items. All in all, thanks for stopping in! And remember.....there are never stupid questions, only stupid answers.
